Terms of use: GPSControl AI connector

Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Casatrade LTD (registration number 206344213), Nodar Bokhua St. 4, Tbilisi, Georgia, which operates the GPSControl fleet tracking platform and provides this connector.

They cover the connector specifically: what happens when you link your GPSControl account to Claude or ChatGPT and ask questions through it. Everything else about your use of GPSControl remains governed by your existing agreement with us, and where the two disagree about the platform, that agreement wins.

How the connector handles your data is described separately in the privacy policy.

Accepting these terms

You accept these terms by connecting the connector to an assistant. If you do not accept them, do not connect it, and disconnect it if it is already connected.

Who may connect it

To connect the connector you need:

• An active GPSControl account in good standing. A blocked or suspended organisation cannot connect, and an existing connection stops working.
• Authority from your organisation to link its fleet data to an outside assistant. If you are not the person who decides that, ask before you connect.
• Your own account with Claude or ChatGPT, on a plan that permits connectors. Your relationship with that provider is yours, not ours.

The connector shows you exactly what your own account and role already permit on the website. It grants no additional access, and connecting it cannot widen what you may see. Every tool it offers reads; none writes, deletes, or sends a command to a vehicle.

What you may use it for

Use it to ask questions about your own organisation's vehicles, in the course of running your fleet. That is what it is for.

You may not:

• Attempt to reach data belonging to another organisation, or use the connector with an account you are not authorised to use.
• Use it to extract the platform's data in bulk, to build a copy of that data, or to feed a competing product. It answers questions; it is not an export channel.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make access available to anyone outside your organisation.
• Attempt to bypass the rate limits, the permission checks or the authentication, or to probe the server for weaknesses without our written permission.
• Use it to train an artificial intelligence model on our data.
• Use it unlawfully, including to monitor people in ways the law where you operate does not allow.

Where the connector shows information about drivers and other employees, you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to see it and for telling those people what you monitor. We provide the tool; the decision to look is yours.

What an assistant's answers are, and are not

The connector returns data. The sentence you read is written by Claude or ChatGPT, not by us, and we do not control it.

An assistant can misread a figure, choose a period you did not intend, or state something with more confidence than the underlying data supports. Treat its answers as a convenience, not as a record.

The GPSControl platform itself remains the authoritative source. Do not rely on an assistant's answer alone for a legal, disciplinary, safety, insurance or billing decision. Check it against the platform first.

Availability and changes

• The connector is offered as it is. We do not commit to an uptime level for it, and any service level in your main agreement covers the GPSControl platform rather than this connector.
• We may add, change or withdraw tools, and may change what a tool returns, as the platform changes.
• We may limit the rate of requests, and may suspend a connection that is harming the service or breaching these terms.
• We may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes with them, and material changes are communicated to account holders.

Cost

The connector is included with your GPSControl subscription and we charge nothing extra for it. Your assistant provider may charge you separately for their own plan, which is a matter between you and them. If we ever charge for the connector, we will tell account holders before we do.

Ownership

The GPSControl platform, this connector, and everything in them remain ours. These terms grant you permission to use the connector, and nothing more.

Your fleet data remains yours. Using the connector gives us no new claim over it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Liability

The connector is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, that it will be free of errors, or that any particular answer will be accurate.

The limits and exclusions of liability in your existing agreement with us apply to the connector as they do to the rest of the platform. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.

We are not responsible for what Claude or ChatGPT does with the information the connector returns to it, or for the answers those services compose. Those are governed by your agreement with that provider.

Ending access

You may disconnect at any time from the connector settings in Claude or ChatGPT. Disconnecting revokes access immediately, and no further request can be made on your behalf.

Access ends by itself when your GPSControl account is closed or blocked, or when it loses the permission the connector needs. We may also withdraw access where these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, except where your existing agreement with us provides otherwise for the platform as a whole.
